1. Why You Are Receiving This Communication
IBILAB S.r.l., as the Data Controller, wishes to inform you about the personal data it collects and the methods used to process it, in order to ensure respect for your rights and fundamental freedoms, with particular regard to the confidentiality and security of your data.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
IBILAB S.r.l. collects and stores your personal and identification data, such as your first name, surname, residential address, email address, courses of interest, citizenship, gender, place and date of birth, and telephone number, through the following channels:
a) completion of online forms;
b) paper forms collected during events.
We may ask social media platforms to display information about our activities based on their users’ profiles and in accordance with their respective data processing policies. However, we do not know your identity.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails and/or postal correspondence to the addresses indicated on this website results in the subsequent collection of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to the request, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.
3. For What Purposes We Use Your Personal Data
3.1 IBILAB S.r.l. uses your personal data for the following purposes:
– to contact you and provide information about our activities by email or telephone in response to your requests;
– to aggregate and analyse the information collected in order to improve our offering;

3.2 Subject to your specific consent:
– to send you communications regarding promotional initiatives related to our activities that may be of interest to you;

4. How Long We Retain Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data for three years from our last contact with you, unless you request its deletion earlier. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.
For the purpose referred to in point 3.1.e, IBILAB S.r.l. will retain the records for three years only, after which they will be deleted.
For the purposes referred to in point 3.2.a, your personal data will be processed for a period of three years. At the end of this period, you will be asked to renew your consent to receive newsletters.
5. The Security of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed using appropriate measures designed to ensure its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Processing may be carried out on paper and through information systems and/or automated systems and will include all operations, or sets of operations, provided for under Article 4 of the GDPR and necessary for the processing in question, including disclosure to the parties authorised to carry out such processing.
The data concerned will not be publicly disclosed. However, it may be communicated to public or private entities operating within the scope of the purposes described above.

Your personal data may be accessed exclusively by persons authorised by IBILAB S.r.l. within the scope of their assigned duties.
Certain personal data may also be accessed by authorised employees of IBILAB S.r.l.
Personal data will not be disclosed to the public under any circumstances. It may also be communicated to and processed by third parties duly appointed as Data Processors, such as external collaborators and companies providing specific support services.
Personal data may also be accessible to, or disclosed to, entities whose right to access such data is recognised by applicable laws, secondary legislation, or European Union regulations.
7. Where Your Personal Data Is Stored
Your personal data will be managed and stored on servers located within the European Union, operated by the Data Controller and by duly appointed third-party Data Processors. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
8. Is Providing Your Personal Data Mandatory?
Providing your personal data is optional. However, without your consent, you will not be able to receive information about our initiatives or communications through our newsletters.
9. What Are Your Rights Under the GDPR?
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, IBILAB S.r.l. guarantees you the following rights:

• to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay. IBILAB S.r.l. is required to erase your personal data without undue delay where certain conditions apply (Right to erasure, Article 17);
• to obtain restriction of processing in certain circumstances (Right to restriction of processing, Article 18);
• to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, where applicable, to transmit those data to another Data Controller (Right to data portability, Article 20);
• to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you (Right to object, Article 21);
• to receive notification, without undue delay, of any personal data breach suffered by GM Termosanitari s.n.c. (Article 34);
• to withdraw your consent at any time (Conditions for consent, Article 7).
